It is not always possible, or required to attend a presentation in person; for this reason E! Cast delivers a combination of solutions to stream an event to where it is needed.
On location we take the audio, the presentation feed and live video (when available) and stream this to any desired location: inside or outside the venue. Our technology offers many diverse and flexible options:
Overflow to other rooms – When a session is too popular and the lecture room becomes too full, an immediate real-time overflow of the presentation can be set up in another room within the venue.
Local overflow – Overflow streams can be used throughout the venue in a number of ways. VIP users can view any room from a dedicated VIP area. Streams can also be embedded in signage screens around the venue, in combination with our E! Signage modules to include agenda information and social media feeds.
It is possible to create a Board Room, where senior executives can glance at any presentation via a snap shot format of all active presentations throughout the venue. This is displayed on one large screen, and ideal for quality control.
Door Feeds are live video feeds to a screen at the entrance of each room. This shows the actual session inside the room and can also display information relating to the presentation and the timetable for that day.
Webcast Live delivers live streams to the internet. Access to these streams can be limited to a select number of users, or completely open to all. Streams can also be enriched with session and speaker information, as well as logos and advertisements. Registered users are also able to ask questions and participate in polls that are running live at the venue!
Webcast Replay is the recording of streams, which can be published online for ‘on demand’ viewing. E! Cast synchronises the speaker’s audio with the presentation. Viewers can select the desired session, or speaker, and can replay any session online in their own time and desired location.
