This user-friendly touchscreen system allows speakers to focus on their presentation and the audience, leaving Eventresult to take care of the technology!
The speaker simply starts the presentation by selecting their name, which is displayed clearly on the touchscreen. Navigation through the presentation is easily managed by pressing the forward and backward buttons on the screen. The display will show exactly where the active slide is, and previews the next few slides at the same time.
It is possible to highlight something in the presentation, by pressing with a finger onto the screen. A red dot will then appear on the presentation screen, visible to the audience. This allows the speaker to keep the attention on the audience and speak into the microphone, without the need to turn to the projector screen. If there is a recording, or an overflow to another room, or multiple screens for the audience, or even a live webcast on the internet, all of these audiences will also see the highlighting red dot.
If there is a time limit to a presentation, a timer can be added to the screen. This will display the amount of minutes left to run. This timer bar will only be visible to the presenter, and if required, the chairman.
