During the 25th edition of Aquatech, Eventresult launched the “Eventresult Beurs TV” solution in collaboration with the RAI InnovationLab and Gerdie Schreuders from LiveOnlineEvents. Live images as well as pre-recorded audio and video material were broadcast on 16 screens throughout the exhibition. A large LED wall at the entrance measuring 2.5 x 3.5 metres provided extra impact. There was also a live stream to the Aquatech website so that all the interesting content could be viewed all over the world. This solution ensured maximum communication with interested parties and visitors.

All screens came with well-finished housing units that were designed to match the overall appearance, and also featured the Aquatech branding. Each housing unit was provided with power and USB connections to charge tablets or smartphones, in order to accommodate the wishes of today’s visitors.

The video images and audio signal for all of the screens and the LED wall were coordinated from one central location. All content was created, edited and prepared to be broadcast in the “Newsroom”, constructed on the exhibition floor. An integrated link to a social media application ensured that all content from there was also picked up and displayed on the screens.

The tradeshow TV solution enabled the experience at the exhibition to be shared with the outside world in a powerful way, whilst also bringing it to the attention of the visitors to the exhibition. Beurs TV was used to announce different sessions and readings, and to present innovations, interviews and other interesting topics to all visitors, whether or not they were at the exhibition. By doing so, RAI Amsterdam was able to build a successful community for its own events.

For Eventresult, this was the new launch of a recently developed product. “Beurs TV is a product that we have developed as a response to customer demand,” explained Pim Schoonderwoerd, Sales Manager at Eventresult. “The conference and trade fair market is developing rapidly, and we are responding proactively to such developments by delivering innovations like this. Event TV is not only suitable for exhibitions and trade fairs, but also for conferences. It’s also a modular formula, which means that numerous options are possible. More experience means more visitors and more buzz about the event.”
